Who We're Looking For

We verify every coach to protect clients and maintain quality standards.

Credentials & Licensing

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC / LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist (PhD / PsyD) with relationship focus
  • Certified Relationship Coach (AICI, CRM, or equivalent)

Other Requirements

  • Professional liability (malpractice) insurance — minimum $1M coverage
  • 3+ years of direct relationship coaching or therapy experience
  • Clean record — no active disciplinary actions
  • Agreement to EmotiQ Code of Conduct and professional standards
  • Active practice with scheduled availability for client bookings
